At Hotel Filigrane, we do our best to offer flexible hours to meet the needs of our guests. Check-in is available from 3pm, allowing our staff to prepare the rooms with care. Check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. However, we offer the possibility of a late check-out, subject to availability and at an additional cost. Please contact reception for any special requests.
Our reception is open 24 hours a day, providing a continuous service for your comfort and security. Whether you arrive late at night or need assistance in the early hours of the morning, our staff are on hand to answer all your questions, facilitate your check-in and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact our team if you have any queries.
For those arriving before check-in time or wishing to enjoy the city after leaving, we offer a free luggage storage service. You can leave your luggage in the safe hands of our team, whether it's for a few hours or a whole day. This service is ideal for allowing you to make the most of every moment without being encumbered.
Hotel Filigrane also offers transport services on request to facilitate your arrival or departure. We can organise private transfers to and from the airport, as well as book taxis or chauffeur-driven cars. Our aim is to make your journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so please let us know your requirements in advance of your arrival.
Every morning, we offer a hearty and varied breakfast to get the day off to a good start. Served from 7am to 10.30am in our breakfast room or directly in your room, it features fresh, local produce to satisfy every taste. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available.
The Filigrane hotel warmly welcomes your pets so that you can enjoy your stay with your family. We accept dogs and cats weighing less than 10 kg, at an additional cost per night. We kindly ask you to inform our team when you make your reservation, as specific rooms are reserved to welcome your companions. For the respect of all our guests, we ask you to supervise your pets in the common areas of the hotel. Your pets are not allowed to stay in your room unless you are present.
To make it easier for you to get around, the Filigrane hotel offers a secure parking service. Covered parking is available, and valet parking is available to look after your vehicle on arrival. Shuttle and private transport services are also available on request, including transfers to the airport and main local attractions.
