The Grévin Museum is a private wax museum, created by Arthur Meyer on 5 June 1882, owned by Grévin & Cie, located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, and featuring wax reproductions of famous people. The Grévin Theatre and the Palais des Mirages are also part of the museum tour.
16 place de la Bourse, 75002 Paris
A landmark and essential part of Parisian heritage, the Palais Brongniart is one of the very first conference and event centres in Paris. It embodies a philosophy of action based on economic, social and solidarity-based innovation.
The project is led by the GL events group, one of the international leaders in event venue management, and the City of Paris, which owns the building.
5 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris
The Richelieu site of the National Library of France is both a new cultural hub in the heart of Paris and a new place to discover, set in an unexpected heritage location. The garden, terrace, Rose Bakery café, bookshop and, of course, the Salle Ovale are open to the public, offering a place to stroll, reflect or work (or telework) in peace in an unusual space, nestled in the heart of Paris in the Louvre-Opéra district.
All over Paris
Covered passages, veritable pedestrian galleries piercing through buildings and topped with glass roofs, are a typical architectural curiosity in Paris. Most of them house shops, old-fashioned tea rooms or cafés, restaurants, second-hand bookshops, art galleries, artisans, and more.
Paris has more than twenty of them in its liveliest neighbourhoods, particularly around the Grands Boulevards. A rare heritage and cultural and historical legacy that immerses visitors in a unique, hushed, timeless atmosphere!
